Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified in writing.

Domestic Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive notice in writing. The cancellation charges would be as follows:
  1. Date of booking to 30 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  2. 30 to 20 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  3. 20 to 10 days: 90% of the Land Package cost.
  4. Less than 10 days: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
  5. No show: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

International Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive notice in writing. The cancellation charges would be as follows:
  1. Date of booking to 30 days: 25% of the Land Package cost.
  2. 30 to 15 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  3. 15 to 7 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  4. Less than 7 days: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
  5. No show: 100% amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Payment Policy

Domestic Payment Policy:

  1. Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
  2. 50% Payment has to be made at the time of booking of Land Package or within 2 -3 days
  3. Balance 50% of the land package cost has to be cleared 20-30 days prior to travel date.
  4. In case booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer has to pay the full Amount of the Booking within 2-3 days.

International Payment Policy:

  1. Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
  2. 25% of the Land package cost at the time of booking of Land Package or within 2-3 days.
  3. Balance 75% of the Land package cost has to be made 30 days prior to the travel.
  4. In case booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer has to pay the full Amount of the Booking within 2-3 days.

Terms and conditions

  1. Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking and will be adjusted in the booking only.
  2. No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be rescheduled.
  3. Tour can be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities.
  4. SIC means Seat-In-Coach Basis. Drivers would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick-up and drop timings.
  5. If a guest fails to reach within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given.
  6. Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  7. In case a customer fails to pay the balance amount of the package, the booking amount will be forfeited, unless flexibility is taken by the Accounts team.
  8. Token amount is Non Refundable.
  9. In case of Road Blockage / Strikes, Tripzygo is not responsible for any delays, extra payments charged etc.
  10. For Air Tickets – Tickets cancellation and changes are not possible, unless specified at the time of issuance.
  11. As per Airlines policy, if any passenger or group fails to show for the travel prior to the given time, it is considered as No-Show.

General Information

  1. Please travel light, carry only essential items, excess luggage might cause you unnecessary inconvenience.
  2. Please ensure safety of your luggage at all times, especially in public areas.
  3. Please carry copies of your passports and valid visas (in case of Regular Visa Only) during the tour.
  4. Please leave a copy of the confirmation voucher with your family to enable them to contact you.
  5. Please do not carry liquids in the hand carry bags on flights.
  6. Please convert all your Indian currency to the applicable foreign currency in India itself.
  7. Please make use of the safe in your room or at the hotel’s reception for all your valuables and excess currency.
  8. Please use masks and sanitizers wherever possible. Also, please carry your double dose vaccination certificate for Covid-19.
  9. Hotels may ask for a security deposit while check-in. The amount may vary from 50 to 100 USD. Please ensure you carry enough exchange.
  10. Check in Timings for Hotels-
  • International : Check in – 02:00 PM & Check out – 12:00 PM.

  • Domestic : Check in – 12:00 PM & Check out – 02:00 PM.

KINDLY NOTE:-

  1. Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective Hotels, Airlines, Trains. In peak seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation fees.
  2. Refunds normally take 10 to 30 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & are transferred electronically to your bank account.
  3. Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
  4. For the X-mas and New Year period, that is, from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, the payments made are non-refundable.
  5. In case there is a delay in payments, there will be a delay in vouchers.
  6. In case a customer cancels the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronise. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility for refund, we will try if something could be done.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in time for Domestic flights is 2 Hours prior to the flight departure time.
  2. Check-in time for International flights is 3 Hours prior to the flight departure time.
  3. Flights can be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities.
  4. WEB-CHECKIN is mandatory to board flights with applicable charges 24-48 hours prior.
  5. Air Tickets cancellation and changes are not Possible, until unless specified at the time of issuance.
  6. No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be rescheduled.
  7. As per Airlines policy, if any passenger or group fails to show for the travel prior to the given time by any particular airlines, it is considered as No-Show.
  8. All customers should wear a mask and sanitise their hands before proceeding to the boarding gate.
  9. Please maintain appropriate social distancing while boarding and deboarding the aircraft.
  10. Kindly adhere to all the announcements and other directives issued by our ground staff and/or crew at all points of time during your journey.
  11. Name changes are not permitted in any bookings.
  12. Please recheck baggage details before departure for airports.
